YET ANOTHER HELLENIC RUGBY UNION CHAMPIONSHIP ENDS IN A TOTAL FARCE
According to public knowledge within rugby circles in Greece, the H.R.F. executive board have been under constant legal scrutiny by some of the clubs taking part in the championship with regards to the recent elections.
The decision to stop the championship goes against the official programme (see above) as defined and approved by the them at the beginning of the season.
Whatever the outcome once again we have a championship that did not complete its season with a team being declared the winner having only played four full games and having won the remaining two by default and all this at a time the H.R.F. is under probation for full member status by the International Rugby Board.
SAD! SAD! SAD!
